Between two seas

On the afternoon of february 12, 2010 I looked at the eastern horizon and saw something that shocked me - Fuerteventura Island in a way I had never seen before! In fact, this picture shows the mountainous part of the south of Fuerteventura. The highest peak is called Pico de Jandía, 807 metres high and 65 Kilometres away from the point of Gran Canaria where the picture was taken.

Entre dos mares - En la tarde del 12 de febrero de 2010 miré hacia el horizonte de levante y vi algo que me dejó tieso: ¡La isla de Fuerteventura como nunca antes la había visto! En realidad, esta imagen muestra la parte montañosa del sur de Fuerteventura. El punto más alto es el Pico de Jandía, de 807 metros de altura y a 65 kilómetros del punto de Gran Canaria desde el que se tomó la imagen.
